Mercpedia Announced

We were given the green light by IGP for making a free (donation's accepted) and unofficial Android app for Mechwarrior Online. Lo and behold, Mercpedia is born! This app will feature a full encyclopedia of mechs and weapons from the game, a player for Hyperpulse radio, and mech lab. If an API is developed for the lobby system and community warfare, we will look into adding that as well.

While Mercpedia is not yet finished, here is a preview of the user interface and a taste of the encyclopedia portion:

Those of you who have or are planning on purchasing a Windows Phone can breathe a little easier - we're planning on working with Microsoft to make a Windows Phone 8 version.

Want to see it on your iDevice? We currently don't have any macs, and IOS development requires OSX Lion to run XCODE. If you have such a machine kicking around that you would like to donate, we would happily use it to develop the apple version.

New Website and Chimera Share

Welcome to the new and greatly improved Typhon Pacific website! Those of you with a sharp eye will notice that we have adopted Twitter Bootstrap. We hope you enjoy the new look as much as we do. Also, we published another app to the market - Chimera Share!

Chimera Share lets you share your favorite food, drinks, restaurants, menus, and other items such as shopping lists with friends and family. Ever try to organize a pizza run so everyone gets their favorite slice? Not a problem when you use Chimera Net. Whoever is ordering can simply look up everyone's favorite pizza on their shared list! Organize office potlucks and even remind others of your food allergies.
